This is a rare natural blue topaz, which is why it is a very light blue. It has not been heated or treated to make it blue. Beautiful oval lt blue Topaz, with a cut that shows the estimated 69 facets when tilted. The brilliance of the Topaz is amazing, and hard to show in pictures. The Topaz was mined and the cut in Fosco NC 25 yrs ago. It would make a beautiful necklace, ring, or bracelet.
There is one tiny flaw that needs smoothed on the lower right side of stone. You can see it in the pictures, but should not be a problem and repairable when it is set in your setting. I am offering it at a discount due to the flaw. I want to find the perfect home for this Topaz, as she has been with me a long time and I only recently noticed the flaw.
