14k+ Yellow Gold Double Sided Cartouche "ELENA" Diamond Cut / Nice Unique Piece

This is a lovely two sided 14k+ Yellow Gold Cartouche. On one side is the name "ELENA" and on the other a language (?) I'm completely unfamiliar with. I'm not sure if it's symbols (Egyptian / Turkish / Arabic / Hebrew ?). I've done a pretty extensive Google Search, and could not, for the life of me, decipher this. Perhaps someone can shed some light on this for me? Either way, this is a very lovely and somewhat unique piece of jewelry. It tests to be at least 14k (see photos). The 14k test is on the left (18k right). I'm guessing it's about 15-16k Gold (not unusual for older pieces / overseas pieces). It measures 1 1/2" top to bottom and 9/32" W The bale is a decent size, so it can accommodate a wide variety of chain sizes. The bale is 1/4" H x 3/16" W The weight of this item is just about 2 grams. It is diamond cut and quite striking in the light. I believe this item is from around the 1970's - 80's (possibly older). It is in excellent like new condition. Little to no signs of wear.
