For a program that is 92 years old, it is in great condition.
Here’s what I see. Great color. No water damage/rippling/waviness. No pesky vertical fold. No long creases. No mustiness. Staples are not rusted out. There’s minor handling wear.
However, I notice the following:
Toning consistent with age except for the more noticeable toning on the bottom of the front cover. Small tear at top edge of front cover. There are some tiny dog ears on the top right affecting some interior pages that will flatten with time. Some minor curling on the bottom right corner that affects every page. The top staple is partially detached from the cover and first page. I see some tiny bit of rust under the bottom staple. The back cover has some stains. All of this doesn’t detract from the overall very good condition of the program.
Program is easily in better-than-average condition.
