The 1930's Vintage Cast Iron Apollo 8mm HOME MOVIE FILM PROJECTOR is one most sought after projector out there. This Projector runs perfectly and has no broken parts. This was purchased at an estate sale. I've owned it for roughly 10 years. It has been one of my favorite antiques on display. I will be posting other antiques/items this week 2/5/2024. The Projector has embossed "APOLLO" lettering along with the original UL sticker on it. The lens is in perfect condition and is stamped 8mm coated lens Simpson optical. The casting comes apart very easily with just one thumb screw. So you can see the inside with the bulb. In 1930 this sold for $139.50 which today would be $2,571. This was extremely popular when it came out because all they had was radio. Very awesome piece of history. The 8mm films on eBay are very cheap. This is also a great decor piece for being 100 years old. Message me if you have any questions.
