Like the title says these are rare violet Thomas Jefferson 1801 Dash 1809 three cent stamps they do not have water marks so they are still in rotation. I am not a collector butFrom the research that I have done they are rare And they are in pretty good condition they haven’t seen daylight sense probably 1940 they are own envelopes I do not want to risk messing them up so I will be sending them in the form that you see them in the picture you can buy one at a time or you can buy all 32 Based on what I have seen on eBay and on this platform I’m gonna try to stay pretty fair about the price.
