one-of-a-kind. This Mint missed the errors TWICE. There are obverse and reverse double die, then after gold plating there are lamination flaws, trails, and artifacts. There is only one of these in existence. I've included a pic of the other gold coins from the set, just so you can see what they should look like.. the nickel (it is the only one with flaws, the others are included but perfect without flaws).
The doubling is visible on most of the lettering, and you can even see some of the steps.
