Original Vintage 1962's German Army Bundeswehr Hooded Field Jacket with liner
Made by G.O. Bucking-Alsfeld in June of 1962 making this one of the early originals.
This is not a reproduction but the real, rare thing!
The Label states fit for a person 174cm tall with 116 cm chest.
So it’s 5 ft 7” with a 45” chest.
I’m 5’10” and wear a 41-42 jacket and this fits me well with a lot of room around the chest. Frankly, a bit too much around the chest. The jacket has a waist drawstring which helps a lot!
Pre owned and in excellent condition. This looks to be a rarely used jacket as its in overall good condition. There are a few small professional repairs throughout and one small stain (all photographed)The fabric is clean and shows no sign of wear or thinning. Liner is in perfect condition. All buttons, zippers and snaps are present and functioning. This is an exceptional jacket!
