READ DESCRIPTION AND LOOK AT PICTURES FOR CONDITION.
1st binder -Latch has come unglued on both sides, did not re-glue. All corners of sides have tears down them. One ring doesnt close all the way. Metal inside has some rust. Folder holes are worn and ripped.
2nd binder - has a few rust spots on metal inside. All 4 corners have tears. Inside the black is torn on the seams in the middle.
