The bears are 3.5 to 4 inches all, with costumes of varying sizes each pertaining to the month they represent: Pumpkin for October; Shamrock for March, etc. Each hangs from a velcro loop in the quilted mat, and each has its original tag.The hanging mat is about 24 inches tall by 16 inches wide and has labels for each month. There is a loop atop the mat with a dowel/rod to hang it by.All in very good plus to excellent condition; they are missing the tags because I didn't not like the way they looked on display with them.
