I recently took these off of my well taken care of 2010 Lexus is250. They are in good fully working condition and look great from being kept in a garage. The only issue is that the silver plastic piece around right headlight bulb is loose and moves freely around. As you can see in the close up it is a little farther out than the left one. This does not affect the function or light output of the headlight though. Also the little tabs at the top of the headlight assembly have broken off. This piece does not really matter and you can still install them like normal.
