A Russell Signed 1984 Oil Painting Blue Eyes White Black Siamese Cat Oak Frame Approximately 23"H X 20". Gently pre-loved good vintage condition. Unsure of origin; but the frame is vintage USA. There are some spots on the matting around the photo, but it can be reframed. There are also a couple of hard-to-see imperfections on the background of the art, noted by the red arrows. The framed painting measures approximately 16"H X 12"W. No rips or tears. Also, there are minor scratches on the frame that can be touched up with a stain pen.
