This is a dress from the BTSSB Alice and the Pirates line of lolita dresses. It was bought new at the BTTSB store in New York City in 2017. It is a circus-themed print, listed as Starlit Sky Tent and the Secret Circus Troupe JSK I. It does have the original (not attached) tags for authenticity.
This was bought in a size small, I do not have an exact sizing chart from back then but know that it is SMALL. Fit me at 5'4 and 120 lbs. Lolibrary lists this dress's dimensions as bust 31.50-35.43 in, length 37.01 in, and waist ar 25.20-29.13 in. It has been worn to one or two conventions, otherwise kept in good condition. No damage or wear is noticeable.
Dress is really comfortable and a great pattern. I no longer regularly wear lolita so am selling off my collection. Please reach out if any additional details or pictures are needed!
