A beautiful hand beaded bag with floral design, looped fringe, chain handle and a handmade lilac satin lining from the 1920's! The flapper era purse is in lovely condition with all beads intact. The lining has a couple rust spots and the frame and chain show some wear / patina. Due to the age, it should be used carefully or put on display, though it is structurally secure and does not have any signs of rot or bead loss.
It measures 4.5" wide and 4.5" tall inside the bag, making it a bit too small for a modern phone. The chain handle measures 14". There are no hallmarks.
