This elegant amphora-form vase features a yellow and white spatter glass body with applied clear rigaree and dual handles. The surface is richly decorated with hand-enameled cobalt blue flowers, gilded leaves, and delicate gold highlights, creating a vibrant display of Victorian craftsmanship. It rests on a flared pedestal base with a ground pontil, showcasing fine hand-blown artistry typical of Bohemian glass c. 1880–1900.
