This is a beautiful antique pencil/watercolor of a woman and an unfinished flower in her hand. She is beautiful and you can see the pencil in the picture. The frame is also beautiful and quality made and there are penny nails visible in the spots of tore paper on the back and no staples present. It is unsigned on the outside.
