Antique Folk Art Flemish Dutch Pyrography Wood Burned Poinsettia Flower Design. Poinsettia are painted red with green painted leaves. These boxes were known to be placed on a vanity where a woman might store her gloves. Size measures 13" long x 5 1/8" wide x 3 1/4" deep. This is from my grandmothers collection. One of the back hinges is missing a screw and one replacement screw is not screwed all the way in. (the screw looks to big). It has some wear from its age. See photos for details.
