This listing is for a lot of four gorgeous salad plates by J&G Meakin. The pattern is called "Sol". Made in England these pieces embody the best vintage English dish-ware has to offer; delicate form and exquisitely detailed transfers. Per research, these plates date back to the 1910s. They measure about 8 3/4" in diameter. All show signs of beautiful aging, mostly crazing. Not too many surface scratches from utensils. One plate has a small chip on the edge. Please look carefully at the images as some of these flaws are documented in the photos. These little beauties would be great used for their original purpose or as decorative pieces.
