Antique 7" Chinese Shiwan Mudman Figurine glazed in vibrant cobalt blue with detailed face and beard. Statue was handmade by artisans in the Shiwan district between 1891 and 1919 due to its marking inside only labeled "China." It appears to have a small piece broken off near his hand. One expert in vintage China believed he could have been holding a musical instrument similar to a clarinet. Small chip on base.
