The exterior of the phone is in amazing condition. However this phone is listed as “poor” condition as I can’t figure out how to turn it on. I have tried everything including charging it and holding volume button as well as power button simultaneously, but I can’t get it to turn on. May need a battery replacement or something, not sure.
