I brought this without knowing what was wrong with it. It has an error (check out the pictures). At one point there was a page that said “Activation Lock Not Sure Cant Connect To Server Try Again Later” didn’t get the picture. Just to be safe I will say it’s ICLocked. Sold for Parts Only
