''AZALEA PORCELAINE DE TERRE BY JOHN EDWARDS ENGLAND MADE IN 1900's AZALEA PORCELAINE DE TERRE BY JOHN EDWARDS ENGLAND MADE IN 1900'S .This Bowl in very Perfect condition what I believe to be a from the later 19th Century produced by hand by John Edwards. This one is very unique as it was hand-painted in gold leaf, which is actually painting it with gold with out Lid. The carat of the gold is unknown. It measures 13"a inch in diameter including the Handle and is 5'' inch tall. If you look closely in the pics at the flowers, you will see the gold leaf paint as it appears to be the gold mirror like finish. On the underside of the Bowl you can see an emblem which says "Porcelain De Terre, John Edwards, England, and there is a letter B on the Bottom. It has smaller discoloration.
