In good antique condition with more than typical cover wear. Some light foxing in isolated areas and page edge staining... Pages are mostly clean as seen in pics...
There is a residue at the bottom that does permeate the pages by a quarter inch at most. Doesn't effect use. Highly usable. See last pic.
