Comes with all the cables and a controller. Does not function. Was killed in a power surge and has been opened up and attempted repair. The last phot shows where a chip was blown and I took it off and 4 fuses also fell off, 3 of which were found and will come with it. If you have experience fixing consoles this is a great buy.
