I got these preloved and my grandma replaced the elastics on the legs and back, but I ended up sticking with AWJ diapers instead so I never got to use them. No stains or strong odors.
I'd say this is a good chance to build a stash if you would like to try cloth without a huge investment in case it doesn't work out :)
