These lighters are pre owned . 1995 and 1997 have been lit and used . 1996 the tamper seal has been partially removed looks like it has been oiled I can feel and smell oil on it .New wick. Looks like some kind of dirt or dust in lid. All zippos Contain minor scratches due to age. Looks pretty good though
