The L glass and autofocus/manual focus is in excellent condition.
The body of the lens shows paint blemishes from use and loved.
Terrific outdoor lens for wildlife and indoor/outdoor sports photography. All the benefits of 300mm telephoto L glass but light enough to put in your pack and hand hold with ease. It’s the only Canon L prime glass series lens with a built-in telescoping lens hood. Love it
I used this lens to photograph migratory birds, Yellowstone bison, men’s NCAA basketball among other memorable events.
