This is the original 2019 release Chucky doll from trick-or-treat Studios.
1:1 scale life size about 29 inches tall

He does not come with any accessories or clothes other than socks.
He does have the skeleton exposed in a few spaces, but the skeleton is still articulated without any issues. This is typical foam wear and tear.
The head is functional and so are the hands. They move around with no issues.
Head and hands are not removable
There are several marks on the face and the hands.
