The skirt is custom-made by Jeri Bee for Pensacola (FL) Special Steppers, a square dance group for individuals with developmental disorders. The poodle's glittered leash matches the bow and is looped on the waistband to hold the belt. The applique poodle coat is complete without missing "fur"; the outline is made from white felt.
