ClearOne MAX EX Expansion Kit for Conference Phone

The ClearOne 910-158-555 is an expansion kit for the MAX EX and MAXAttach conference phone systems that brings an extra phone pod into the room. By adding another set of microphones and a loudspeaker, it extends two-way audio that is clear to participants who sit farther from the primary unit.

The kit arrives with a twelve foot Cat 5 cable, so you can daisy-chain the new pod to the existing one without special tools. Simply plug in the cable, place the pod where coverage is thin, and the system is ready.

Once connected, the additional pod works as part of a single full duplex system. Echo and background noise are reduced automatically, and voices flow in real time without clipping. A keypad on every pod lets users dial, mute, and adjust volume from whichever side of the table is most convenient.

Up to four pods can be linked, giving you a path to grow from a small huddle space to a boardroom or a training room. Instead of replacing the entire conference phone when the team expands, you can add another expansion kit and keep the familiar workflow.
