Spencer Clearwater is the new dentist in Sylvania. As a child Spencer loved visiting the dentist for check ups and was fanatical about brushing and cleaning his teeth, insisting the rest of his family did the same. He was sure to let Sylvanians know the importance of brushing their teeth and not eating too many sweets!
The box shows signs of wear. The set itself is in excellent, collector condition. Please notice what looks like factory paint imperfections on the patient chair. While the patient cape is not pictured, it is included to complete the set!
Misty Waters is included though she is not part of the original set. She has several indentations on her flocking and her dress shows its age.
