The wonderful, included *ORIGINAL BOX* is the Lavender edition and would have been distributed between 1990-1992 by Lego Group Inc in Enfield CT. The parts were made in Demark & Switzerland then shipped to the US where they were packaged.
This classic Lego Pirates subtheme of imperial soldiers captures the spirit of the Caribbean with the classic Spanish Colonial architecture, Redbeard’s red and white striped pirate masted dingy miniature “wooden” boat, and the White coat Solidiers and Captain with muskets!
