cross ion roots gel ink pen & neck lanyard pocket size sealed box red & silver

this pen is in the retail box..............albeit the box was damaged..............the top was torn.........but seals were not broken.............bent/damaged box flap on the front side..............see photos...............since the box has not been opened, i have not tested the pen...............looks like there are refills for this pen online if it is needed..............this is a pocket sized pen.....................the box shows a blue themed pen................however this is a red and silver pen..........pen is rolled over in the box so cannot see it in the pics....................so it may mean it will come with red ink.........not sure.............box would have to be opened to know for sure...........
