This deck is loaded with rares, mythics and foils. In fact, they make up 1/3 of the deck! As you can see from the pictures and decklist, this deck has an optimum manabase, with rare dual lands and even the Triome in alt art.
Depending on which commander you chose, the game plan is the same, get all your high toughness creatures out, and either start hitting opponent with Felothar, or stay defensive and drain them out or outvalue them with Betor. This deck is relatively high powered, able to stand on its own in bracket 3 plays.
