DEPARTMENT 56 Halloween Lit House Scene -RARE! #56.34375

Rare, highly collectible and amazingly constructed Dept 56 Halloween house is, I believe, one of Department 56’s first Halloween houses. The detail is mind blowing. From the faces, hands, clothing, really incredible. A lamp and teddy bear sitting on the bed can be seen through the window. The colors are vibrant, there is a sparkly purple sheen on the roof that does NOT rub off. Pics don’t do it justice! It’s also very heavy, weighs about 5.5 lbs out of the box, 6 lbs 10 oz in the box.

The house is in great condition. One minor/very small chip off the particle board door on the back that I unfortunately just did when trying to remove the back panel for inspection. If you see a different white fleck, it’s not a chip. It’s a piece of the styrofoam

It’s in the older style box, very minimal wear from age/storage. Box & styrofoam in really great shape for age. Out of box house measures approx. 11.5” tall, 9.5” across and 4.75” deep. Box measures 15.75” x 13.25” x 8.25”
