This listing is a Disney production cel from "Winnie the Pooh" that features Piglet! It is also on an original handprinted background!!
I really don't know a whole lot more about this other than I acquired it several years ago. A cel with a handprinted background like this is incredibly rare. It really does not get much better than this. Everything can be seen in the pictures - would make for the perfect gift. This is a must have for any major Pooh or Disney fan!
