This is another early 14" Dolly Dingle Limited Edition, Musical, Porcelain doll made in 1986. She is dressed so much like the other Dolly Dingle Doll in a white dress here, that I wonder if she were made after the 17" one, so children, maybe, had a smaller doll to handle. The two dolls really are almost like twins.
Her name is Dolly Dingle, so she is an early doll, made before the company began giving them individual names.
Her music box plays "Thank Heaven For Little Girls ", and her limbs are movable.
She is in near perfect condition. Her white dress is slightly discolored due to age, but this will easily wash out with soap and water. I would have washed it for you, but this doll has so many things attached to her dress I did not want to risk ruining anything.
She is a rare find, this girl is. I have found just one other doll like her in all my months of searching.
