This is a very nice suit. Unfortunately I don't the exact measurements because I had to have it tailored. But it was a 54R when before tailored. I wore this to one wedding and when I wore it, it fit perfectly. At the time I was 5'11" 317 lbs. I'm now 250 lbs and I just don't now how to give an accurate size. I tried measuring it the best I could. If you are seriously interested in this suit, I will definitely do what I can to help give a more accurate sizing for you.
It's a very nice suit but instead of trying to have it tailored back, I figured I would just sell it and then get myself a new suit.
