I have no idea of the maker, but am quite sure this is the loveliest biscuit jar you'll find for sale on eBay! Crafted of green glass, it has been hand-decorated with gold enamel and white accents. Some of the gold is thinner in places, but consistent with age. The lid at one time, was silver plated, but that has worn off. Measuring 9" with the lid in place, the green glass is clear and there are no chips or cracks. (Jar without lid/handle measures 6-3/8" high x 5" wide.)
