It has signs of wear, some small ink marks on the stethoscope tubing which is pictured here. There is a very small superficial scratch on the bottom of the digital display. There is also small fading where you insert the chest piece to the stethoscope tubing as pictured from cleaning it after use. VOLUME BUTTON is not working at this time. It is on the lowest setting but is still at an amplified volume.
