Germany Max Hardwerk Antique Doll 2 1/2 vintage outfit Jointed 24" bisque head.
This doll is an incredible find. She is extremely old as you can see from the pictures. I will describe her as best I can, but please look at the pictures as they are the most important part of this listing.
Her eyes open and close as they should when her body is lifted up. Her mouth is open and you can see 4 teeth. She has painted on eyebrows, eyelashes, and lipstick. Her face is fully intact, although there is a visible crack from her right eye to just behind her right ear. On the back of her head imprinted is Max Handwerk Germany 2 1/2. Please note the spelling. I believe this is an early doll as later the spelling added a c in Handwerck.
Her neck has some cracking as does all of her joints. Please look at the pictures to see the aging and wear. Her fingers and toes are all intact. There is a large crack and indent on her right leg.
