Skeletons From the Closet: The Best of Grateful Dead is the first compilatyion album from the band. Already with a growing following, this vinyl icon was released in 1974. Then released again as a CD in 1988. While the award was made in 1996 after being certified 3X by RIAA (three million units sold in the U.S.), Skeletons From the Closet nailed a 4X from RIAA in 2018, decades after the “Dead’s” last concert. Also included is an 8 X 10 wood-framed San Francisco Concert in the 60's.
