In good Victorian antique condition with typical wear/staining and foxing... staining is as seen in pics.
Very rare...a hand lithograph from Executive Documents from The US senate at the First Session of the Thirty First Congress in Washington.
Normally I cut these, but all of these (I have about 50 others) were precut. So the cuts are very raw and these need trimming to your taste
