All of our salts and seasonings are built to be versatile, but this one has become a near-permanent fixture on the dinner table, especially when it's takeout or delivery time, and that pad thai, pizza, or chicken fried rice could use a shot of life. We start with our sustainably sourced Pacific Ocean Sea Salt, carefully smoking it with alderwood to naturally infuse it with deep flavors. After that, we blend in small batches with American-grown cayenne and ancho chili peppers, testing at every stage to make sure we've got just the right amount of heat and smoke. And when we're finally satisfied, each and every tin is hand-packed and hand-sealed: it's farmer's market quality you can taste.
