Lightly used Cesar Millan Halo 2+ dog collar M. It will come with a charging cable, additional contact points, training points, and Halo beacon. I was never able to connect the Halo beacon to my phone. Not sure if it was a beacon issue or user error. It will light up and blink blue when there is a working battery inside. I also modified the collar to better fit my 60lbs Norwegian Elkhound. The collar is a size medium. I drilled new holes into the strap to make it fit better. First owner used it like 3 times on an Australian Shepherd. Will be happy to answer questions and listen to offers.
