This is approx 470yds of a 19 micron merino wool. It is double plied and I consider it fingering weight, maybe sport in some spots. Hand spun yarn will always have some inconsistencies in wt.
I purchased this glorious hand painted fiber from a shop on Etsy called Terra Fibes, they always have such vibrant and saturated colors, I really enjoying spinning their fiber.
Yarn was hand spun by me in my home which is smoke free and Cat friendly. I do keep all of my fiber protected in totes.
