Heavy Old Native American Sterling Silver & Petrified Wood Cuff Bracelet- 58.8 g

This one is a beauty. The stone looks like a landscape at dusk during a summer storm. The shank is comprised of 3 stout, carinated bands that meet at the capped terminals. The cab is set in a plain bezel and framed by fine twisted wire, individually applied scalloped wire and peyote buttons. The setting is flanked by hand stamped wings. Unmarked for content, but tests as sterling and weighs in at a substantial 58.8 grams. Engraved on the reverse "N. Set", which I suspect might be the name of the original owner. For a larger wrist, the bracelet measures 5 1/16" from end-to-end on the interior, plus a gap of 1 5/8". Measures 1 15/16" at center & tapers down to 5/8" at the terminals. The shank isn't particularly flexible, but isn't rigid, either. It could be adjusted though, by a jeweler or someone familiar working with silver.
