Brand new however outer box seal was removed. I wanted to inspect figure since magnets leave brown spots on body. The bubble package inside is sealed brand new and was not penetrated. She was packaged with magnets separated. Minor damage creasing to box. Will be up for a limited time. Totally brand new shaved a few dollars off for breaking out seal.
