New with tags! This is a beautiful black and silver metallic tweed skirt by Ingwa; Melero! It has a high-low style, zips down the side, and is made with silk and tweed, according to the designer. I purchased it as a showroom sample, so it does not have a size tag sewn in, but was sold to me as a small. It measures 28" long at the back, 22" long at the front and 14.5" across the top.
Ingwa; Melero does run small; here is the size chart I was given:
Extra Small = A size 2
Small = A size 4
Medium = A size 8
Large = A size 12
