This is The Glass Eye, a monthly periodical from Toledo, Ohio. It was a newsprint magazine that covered music and culture in the Midwest. This issue, from October 1997, contains an exclusive Insane Clown Posse interview that has not, to my knowledge, been reprinted anywhere else, conducted by Aaron Weisbrod, who later found fame as indie comics legend Dirk Manning!
This is a 30-year-old mag printed on low-quality newsprint, so expect some fading and discoloration, but the pages are clean and it remains an authentic document of Juggalo culture at its prime.
