Everything is fully functional. The motherboard already has some bios tweaks that limit the peak power. I believe it’s set to 250w for spikes and 150w under sustained load. If you want to undo this, you can clear the cmos. This motherboard also has the bios patch that prevents degradation.
Everything ran rock solid stable on this system and I never had issues.
I only ever experienced an Ethernet driver problem and just used a separate 10gig PCIE adapter. I’m not sure if it was a hardware or a Windows problem. I’m knocking half off the price I’m valuing the motherboard at just in case, but it may work fine for you. WiFi and Bluetooth works perfectly.
The CPU is already installed into the motherboard.
